BADER AL NOORI is the future of CrossFit in the UAE. Naturally competitive, Bader finds that facing one’s fears and embracing diverse experiences helps him grow as an athlete. His “defy your limits” attitude has helped him take to the podium in the Ministry of Interior Championship three years in a row and the Emirates Fitness Championship for two successive years. In 2017, he was also named “Fittest UAE National”. As a Lieutenant in the Dubai Police force, he also took on the challenge to nurture a culture of CrossFit within the force by training his fellow officers in the discipline.
