Shahad, an multi talented Emirati athlete born and raised in Dubai, has always been extremely active. Through her studies she was a GCC top name in 400 and 800 meter sprint and one of UAE’s top female pole vaulter.

She has been a part of the UAE National Football team for the last couple of years but her love of crossfit has taken over most of her daily training the last 4 years.

She been steadily climbing the rankings in the Crossfit open since she first participated in 2017. And this year she will be the first ever Emirati athlete competing in the Crossfit Games in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.
