What should I bring?
We recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes for your kids who might get wet, sandy and muddy. Oh and don’t forget your smiles!

Are there any age restrictions to enter the park?
XPark Jr caters to kids of all ages. Some features of the park are restricted to ages 5 – 12. Please refer to our map for guidance.

Can I bring my own food?
We want to make sure that we keep the park happy and healthy so food from outside is not permitted within XPark Jr. You can enjoy delicious food and refreshments from our Park House café. Your own water bottles are encouraged so that everyone keeps hydrated and we minimize disposable plastic waste too!

Can I get around in a wheel chair?
Certain areas are wheel chair accessible and we’ll always do our best to accommodate people with limited mobility.

Why does the 2nd adult have to pay?
We want to make sure that all kids entering the park have enough space to roam freely and so that our lovely plants and trees aren’t too stressed out! So we would like to keep numbers down so that the level of fun stays right up.

Is there space to store my things?
We don’t offer any storage spaces. Make sure you pack light as you need to keep your belongings with you at all times. XPark Jr will not be held responsible for lost items.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes! You can.

Do you have baby facilities?
Yes, baby-changing tables are available onsite.

Can I hold my birthday party at the park?
Absolutely yes! We rent out our special birthday room for very special birthday parties. Please inquire by calling us.

Who will be caring for my child?
Parents are responsible for their own children.

Are there any additional charges for any activities?
Some charges might apply depending on whether we are holding any special events. Stay updated by checking our upcoming events page/calendar.

What are some tips to help my child make the most out of his or her visit?
It’s simple – just let your kids be kids! This is an area for exploring so let them make use of the park and learn to love nature.

Do I need to book in advance?
No, just come along! No booking is required but the park’s capacity is limited and open on a first come, first serve basis.

Is there a membership available?
You can avail 3 months of membership for AED 499!

Is photography allowed in the park?
Yes for personal use only, we want you to capture all those magical moments in our beautiful setting! Enquiries for any commercial shoots must be directed to info@xparkjr.com for permissions.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the premises, sorry!

Can I bring my own catering for my birthday?
Unfortunately not, XPark Jr Cafe have exclusivity on the park for health and safety standards – and their catering options are so yummy you won’t need anything else!

What time can we visit?
XPark Jr welcomes you and your little ones seven days a week as per the below schedule:
Session 1: 8:00am to 10:00am
Session 2: 10:30am to 12:30pm
Session 3: 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Session 4: 3:30pm to 6:00pm

How much will entry cost?
Entrance to the playscape will cost Dhs 80 per child with accompanying 2 adults for 2 hours and an extra Dhs 30 per person for every extra hour. One parent per family can enter free of charge, each additional adult will pay Dhs 30 for 2 hours. We charge kids from 1 year to 12 years old, children under 1 year old can enter free of charge.

What kind of activities are there?
At XPark Jr, the sky’s the limit! In our Free Play Area kids can play and explore an area which includes: Tree houses, wooden bridges, wooden play structures, sand play areas, mud kitchens, vegetable gardens, a mini orchard of fruit trees, lush gardens, waterfalls and streams. Our natural playscape will offer endless opportunities for improvised play, for bug catching, den building, hide-and-seeking, log balancing and so much more.

Is there anywhere to eat?
Our onsite Park House café will be offering healthy meals for the whole family including weekend brunches, BBQ’s, coffee and picnics.
